Week 1 Summary

With week 1 in the books I'd like to share some encouraging stats with you all.
Looking at the entire group, our average max on day 3 was almost as high as our average initial max - meaning we're already able to do several sets of pushups AND THEN match our initial max!

Also, below is the overall progress chart - showing everyone's daily maxes. Great work everyone!
