Judgment day was a huge success! All in all, spirits were high and pushup totals were even higher!
A total of 38 people started the pushup challenge, and 17 showed up to take the final test on Monday 4/13. Of those 17 people we saw an 86% average improvement!
Eric Wallace performed the most total pushups with 108, and Mercedes Castromonte performed the most of all women with 49!

So people keep asking for blog updates. They say they want to know how everyone is doing. Well, so do I!
A very disturbing trend is developing. Yesterday was workout 11. Here is the amount of people who submitted their pushups per workout:

Status update - 3-12-09
Just a friendly status update to help motivate everyone on their way to 100 pushups! It seems like a lot of people were sore the first day or two, but are making some serious strides on the daily maxes!
Also as you can see the average for the entire pool of participants has increased steadily through the first 3 workouts. Unfortunately not everyone has submitted data for workouts 4 and 5, so take those for what they're worth.

Week 1 Summary
With week 1 in the books I'd like to share some encouraging stats with you all.
Looking at the entire group, our average max on day 3 was almost as high as our average initial max - meaning we're already able to do several sets of pushups AND THEN match our initial max!
Also, below is the overall progress chart - showing everyone's daily maxes. Great work everyone!

Casualty count = 1
We had our first participant drop out today after just 2 days of workouts. Actually, this certain participant only did the initial test and nothing more. We're still holding 35 strong though!
